Today was a day full of powerful storms. 

I was extremely happy to wake up and enjoy the energy that powerful storms bring, part of me feels as though it was a gift of sorts for me to use to st art putting things in order and to get myself on the path it seems that I have lost over the past month or so.

For the first time in a month I feel like i have energy and a little of the strength that I had before all of this started.  I relize that the next few months will be difficutl for me as it  pertains to training as nutrition but I am hopeful that I will be able to come up with something soon.
